THE OPPORTUNITY An opportunity has arisen to join our vibrant Marketing Team as a Marketing Coordinator based at our National Support Centre in Hawthorn.
As part of the Marketing team, you will play an integral role in driving commercial success across our stores.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role is to drive exposure for our brand at an individual store and local community level while supporting the online and e-commerce business.
Currently operating on a HYBRID MODEL - Monday to Thursday at the office in Hawthorn and Fridays from home. Key Responsibilities Provide marketing and brand administrative support to the Head of Marketing and the greater Brand team.Track, organise and manage all fashion and denim product samples for monthly brand campaign and e-commerce shoots.Manage monthly e-commerce shoots from end to end.Ensure monthly e-commerce images and product descriptions are delivered on time and in-full.Lead the businesses local stores marketing through liaising with the shopping centre marketing teams and Jeanswest stores teams.Ensuring new product is online when completing website product uploads.Build relationships and manage the contact database for shopping centre marketing teams.Share all Jeanswest campaign assets across the network to drive exposure for our brand across shopping centre physical and digital channels.Processing of invoices, tracking marketing & advertising spend and consolidating marketing credit card expenses.Are you the perfect fit? Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in a previous Marketing Coordinator role is highly desired.Strong attention to detail is paramount to the success of this role.Highly organised, with well-developed written and verbal skills.Ability to think laterally on all issues and take a proactive approach to resolve them.Team player with a bubbly and confident personality.PERKS OF WORKING FOR JEANSWEST 50% OFF PRODUCT - We believe our team are the heart of everything we do so we love to reward you starting with a generous discount off new product.HYBRID MODEL - Monday to Thursday at our office in Hawthorn, Fridays from home.
