Stock Control Lead –9-Month Contract with Potential Extension Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for stock management and team motivation?
This is your chance to step into a pivotal role with our collaborative team
About the Role: We're seeking a Stock Control Lead to oversee and manage our entire Stores function on a permanent, full-time basis.
You'll be responsible for minimising stock-related disruptions, maintaining accurate records, and leading a team of five stock controllers.
Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be crucial in driving efficient inventory systems and supporting smooth production.

Minimizing stock-related disruptions to ensure smooth processes Providing responsive service to internal customers Maintaining accurate inventory records and a well-organised stock area Ensuring timely processing of incoming stock (within 24 hours) Updating internal systems and performing stocktakes Training, mentoring, and supervising team members Driving and progressing continuous improvement projects What Do You Need?
Driver's License and Forklift License Experience leading and motivating a team Strong accuracy and attention to detail Good mathematical ability Proficiency with computers and inventory systems Problem-solving skills and the ability to work unsupervised Ability to follow established processes and procedures Self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks If you think this could be the role for you, please apply now
