The role will be based at our White Rock Quarry located in Magill, SA.Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this role will be multi-faceted and be responsible for supervising quarry operations with a focus on production enhancement and improvement.In your new role, you will:Supervise the day-to-day production operations and make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business.Manage people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals.Bring a strong safety mindset and manage high-risk activities to reduce risk exposure for self and others.About you:Have coached and developed your team with a focus on production enhancement and improvement.Have a strong working knowledge of crushing plants and heavy mobile equipment.Are results-focused, self-motivated, and have a total commitment to risk management and Zero Harm.Have a passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great results.Are a team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure.Possess a continuous improvement mindset.Maintain a positive presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Are a natural problem solver and enjoy planning.At Heidelberg Materials, we understand that your well-being and professional growth are essential.
