Reporting to the Digital and CRM Manager the CRM Specialist is responsible for analysing customer data to develop targeted marketing campaigns and strategies aimed at increasing customer retention and satisfaction.The purpose of this role is to optimize our customer relationship management system to enhance our interactions with current and future customers.
The Role Recipe: Develop and implement tailored CRM strategies to enhance QSR guest engagement, retention, and visit frequency, while optimizing CRM platforms across systems and leading agency WIPsAnalyse guest data to identify trends, manage segmentation and personalization for targeted messaging, and map and track customer journeys to optimize performance.Optimize the in-house loyalty program to drive repeat purchases and advocacy, monitor performance metrics, and conduct guest focus groups to gather insights for new product development.Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, and app notifications, in collaboration with creative and digital teams to ensure brand alignment.Analyse CRM KPIs, campaign ROI, and guest insights to provide actionable recommendations for strategy refinement to the GM of Marketing, Digital, and Innovation.Key ingredients: 3 years' experience in an CRM role preferably in a retail/QSR space.Strong attention to detail and passion for creating great user experiencesSomeone technically savvy and strong at all aspects of campaign creation and managementAbility to identify new opportunities, quantify estimated business and consumer impact,Shape ideas into actionable campaign plans through to implementation and post launch analysis.Data and results led, experienced in creating testing strategies to increase and measure communication performance.Creative and experimentation mindset – familiar and experienced in optimization testing processes, methodology and best practiceA couple of extras just because: Work within an engaging and motivated Marketing team who love what they doHybrid work setup including a great South Yarra Support OfficeGreat initiatives like Birthday Leave & Volunteer leaveOnsite gym and coffee machineLooking for a Career that Will Pan Out?
