About the role This role sits within our B&D Garage Doors business.
We're looking for a Warehouse Manager who is passionate about helping customers win.
As a member of our B&D Garage Doors team based out of our Revesby manufacturing site, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.
Responsibilities   Lead and manage your teams' understanding of their role and ensure they have the training, equipment and priorities to complete their role Responsible for the accurate stock control processes across warehouse  Coach, develop and train the team in new process improvements and ensure they are sustained   Analyse warehouse flow ,task allocation and SOP's to determine if areas are bottle necks/ over or under resourced to put together short term and long term plans to improve efficiencies Lead by example with respect to compliance with B&D Group site and Dulux Group safety protocols, policies and procedures  Drive continuous improvement across the site's CI program  Benefits         Opportunities to work flexibly at all stages of your career  Enjoy comprehensive, holistic health and well-being support, including our Wellbeing Hub and full EAP support  Let us cover the gap for you, employees with private health insurance extras cover can claim up to $1000 out of pocket gap costs annually    Give back to the communities in which we live and work, with our "Community Action Day" and other programs  Market leading Learning and Development initiatives and genuine career pathways to accelerate your growth  20 weeks paid parental leave (primary carers) and 2 weeks paid partner leave available from the first day you start working with us.
