About the role
Busy Bees Early Learning Australia is seeking an experienced Service Manager / Centre Director to lead our early learning centre at Yokine, Perth WA.
As a full-time position, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are provided to our families and children.
What you'll be doing Overseeing the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care programs that meet regulatory requirements and align with the centre's philosophy and valuesManaging and leading a team of dedicated early childhood educators, providing coaching, mentoring and professional development opportunitiesEnsuring the centre operates in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and quality standardsDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with families, the local community and key stakeholdersDriving continuous improvement and innovation within the centreManaging the centre's budget, resources and administrative tasksWhat we're looking for Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related fieldMinimum 3 years' experience in a senior leadership role within the early childhood education sectorComprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework and other relevant regulationsStrong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsSound financial management and business acumenDemonstrated commitment to continuous quality improvement and innovationWhat we offer
