We support people living with Alzheimer's, dementia and cognitive decline, disabilities, post-operative care needs, and older Australians.
Our services help clients remain safe and independent in their own homes.

About the role We currently have casual positions available for reliable and passionate Home Care Professionals to join our team.
You will need to be friendly, positive, and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect.
You'll also need to have a natural ability to build relationships that make a difference, be honest, helpful, and dependable, making you a great asset to our team.
Responsibilities will include: Variety of shifts available including weekends and active overnightsWorking within a person-centred, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each clientAssisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic dutiesAssisting clients with daily errands, companionship, and supportProviding support with academic, social, or recreational activitiesPreparing food, feeding clients, and assisting with medicationsObserve, care, and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the clientResponding to emergency situationsHigh Care Need Experience (Desirable but not essential)Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (Desirable but not essential)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to learn, develop and take on new challengesRequirements: Current National Police CheckCurrent First Aid & CPR certificatesCurrent Working with Children/Blue CardJob Type: Casual
Salary: $38.53 – $84.76 per hour
Location: Caboolture and the surrounding areas.
