We have two incredible opportunities for you to join Melbourne's leading Blonde & Balayage salon and work alongside some of Melbourne's best hairdressers

Apprentice - Duties / What to ExpectIn-salon training and mentoring from the team.An in-salon educator will spend one afternoon a week on one-on-one training in whatever you are currently learning (our salon covers the cost of all education).Working closely with fellow colleagues in maintaining a clean and organized salon.Assisting senior hairstylists.Building relationships with clients & being comfortable with small talk.Apprentice - What We Are Looking For / ExpectSomeone bubbly, energetic & motivated.Exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive salon experience for all clients.Someone who thrives in a busy environment with the ability to follow instructions.A team player.No salon experience is required._______________________________________
Salon Receptionist/Coordinator - Duties / What to ExpectResponsible for all front of house duties, i.e., client relations, phones/email/IG, social media.Answering client inquiries via phone, email, text & social media, setting up clients, scheduling, managing and confirming appointments, and daily content creation.Keeping a neat and tidy reception/stock & salon floor area.Stock control.Liaising with senior staff and coordinating their days to run smoothly.Salon Receptionist/Coordinator - What We Are Looking For / ExpectSomeone bubbly & professional with an interest in the hair industry.Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive salon experience for all clients.Exceptional attention to detail & problem-solving skills.An interest in social media, creating content, and coming up with ideas.Building strong relationships with clients.Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.No salon experience is required, but an interest in all the above is a must._______________________________________
