We understand that Melbourne is a large region therefore we will work with you on locations that suit best This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity with lots of potential to stay on longer term.
We limit the number of consultations per day to ensure you have the time to provide quality foot care, education and assessments to your patients and build long lasting relationships.
In the role, you will provide high quality podiatric care to residents across a range of clients homes, aged care facilities and corporate health hubs with regular treatments, building relationships to maximise foot care and overall enhancing their health and wellbeing.
Responsibilities also include:
Assessing, diagnosing, treating, and evaluating abnormalities and diseases related to the foot and lower limbDiabetic foot health assessmentsContributing towards the patient's chronic disease management planProviding treatment for high-risk patient groupsOffering footwear and foot care advice and education to patients, family members, staff and carersMaking referrals to other healthcare professionals as appropriateAbout You This role suits a qualified, fully AHPRA registered clinician who shares our vision to shift the way healthcare is provided in Australia.
As a mobile practitioner you will need to be comfortable travelling to our clients located around Melbourne and as such provide your own vehicle (a mobile allowance of up to $400 per month is provided for this travel).
