Our goal is to be Australia's trusted leader in conversational AI, driving meaningful change in how businesses connect with their customers.SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, documenting and supporting clients in implementing complex solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement complex solutions that meet the needs of our clientsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectivesDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation plansProvide technical leadership and guidance to development teamsEvaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their useParticipate in the development of project plans and timelinesProvide technical support to clients as neededQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of experience in solution architectureExperience with cloud architecture and services (e.g. Google Cloud).Experience implementing solutions in line with ISO 27001 standardsExperience dealing with Enterprise clients and Architecture teamsExperience with Contact Centre's technology and peopleProficiency in microservices architecture, APIs, and integration strategies.Knowledge of data management and security best practices.Strategic and solution-oriented thinking.Technical leadership and mentorship.Customer-focused design and stakeholder engagement.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAdaptability to rapidly evolving technologies and project requirements.How to applyPlease submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and how you meet the qualifications for this role.fullstop.ai is an equal-opportunity employer.
