ABOUT THE ROLE As a cleaner, your role is to ensure our aged care facility is a safe, spotless, and welcoming space for residents. Through attentive cleaning and care, you'll help create an environment that feels like home. If you're dedicated to creating a positive, nurturing atmosphere and take pride in high standards, this position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our seniors every day.
This position is a Permanent Part-time role offering 30.40 hours per fortnight at our Mosman Park Care Facility.
Week 1 & 2: Tuesday: 0700 – 1515
Please note, days/hours are not flexible - you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered. Key Responsibilities Demonstrates competent time management techniques in cleaning routinesVacuums, sweeps, dusts and mops all designated areasMaintains appropriate resident interactions in line with the organisational valuesConsiders resident lifestyles and personal choiceMaintains effective interpersonal relationshipsEvidence of COVID-19 and Current 2024 Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policiesAbility to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)Successful completion of pre-employment physical and reference checksWillingness to attend a paid 1-day (Monday) induction at our Rivervale Training InstituteProven organisational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, as required.Demonstrated good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.How to Apply: If you are interested in this role and meet the essential criteria, please click the "apply now" button.
