Emeco have a vacancy for a Perth Based – Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join us in the ongoing maintenance of our heavy earthmoving fleet across Western Australia. A rare opportunity has become available to bring your career of leadership and industry experience to our Highly Skilled Team we have built at our Distribution Centre in South Guildford. Benefits:Secure Full Time Position – 11.5% Super paid on all hoursCompetitive Salary options – Based on your skills and experienceFortnightly Pay Cycles – More convenientNovated Lease/ Salary sacrifice options – Cars, laptops etcDiscount on private Healthcare – Your Health is our prioritySupportive Leadership Team – Grow with usThe Role Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations Oversight: Supervise all aspects of warehouse management, from receiving to dispatch, ensuring seamless operations while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and guide a team of supervisors and warehouse staff, cultivating a collaborative and performance-driven environment with a strong focus on safety and team cohesion.Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve operational workflows, driving cost reductions and enhanced productivity through Lean principles and innovative solutions.KPI Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate key performance metrics such as DIFOT, order accuracy, and safety, ensuring consistent achievement of business goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments like Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service to synchronize warehouse activities with broader business objectives and ensure smooth operations.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to all safety, health, environmental, and industry regulations, while upholding company policies and best practices.Minimum Requirements:Warehouse Management Experience - Over 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally within FMCG or retail sectors, with a proven ability to oversee high-volume environments and manage large, diverse teams.Leadership & Team Development: Demonstrated success in leading teams, fostering a motivating and inclusive environment, and driving employee engagement across all levels.Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for interpreting operational data to guide strategic decisions and improve performance.Effective Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to drive alignment and achieve business goals.Technical Competence: Experienced in utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes and optimise operational workflows.Permanent Residence or Citizenship only.
