Are you an Architectural Technician in the Perth area seeking a new role with fresh challenges?We are working with one of Perthshire's premier construction businesses with a vibrant and professional office based in the fair city looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technician to their team. This is a fast-paced office where those with a can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in from the outset thrive.Working on a variety of projects in the construction industry, key duties as one of their lead Architectural Technicians will include:Preparation, submission and ongoing monitoring of Planning and Building Warrant Applications for a range of commercial contracts.Preparation of technical and construction drawings, details and specifications.Liaising with key stakeholders both internally and externally e.g. clients, surveyors, Senior Management, wider design team.Attend site visits and meetings as required and provide technical support as needed.Provide solutions for problems/issues that arise during application and build processes.The successful candidate would have:A construction design/architecture qualification.Strong communication skills.Excellent technical ability.Hardworking and motivated.Self-driven but able to work within a team environment.Be keen to take on a more senior role and provide mentorship to more junior members of the team whilst deputizing for the Head of Design when required.This is the ideal role for someone looking to increase their portfolio working across a diverse range of construction projects with a business that is passionate about delivering an excellent product for their customers.Keen to learn more?
