Senior Maintenance Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at our Staplyton, QLD plant.
The role is a permanent day shift, based in our Stapylton plant (in the Logan/Northern Gold Coast region), and reports to our Maintenance Manager.
To be successful, you will have extensive experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment, a trade qualification in Mechanical, and an ability to adapt and think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
Your key responsibilities will include: Fault finding on high-speed bottling systemsUsing high-level fault-finding skills to evaluate maintenance breakdownsEnsuring all preventable and scheduled maintenance is completedConsulting with production personnel to determine equipment operating and maintenance needsUpgrading and expanding existing systems and featuresIntegrating machines and systems using different control hardwareAbout You: Extensive experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing - FMCG/Food + Beverage industryKnowledge of business operations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs)Previous experience working in an environment that utilised high-speed packaging equipment, specifically blow moulders, fillers, cappers and labellers, will be highly regarded.Understanding of safety systems and processes, including risk assessment, incident reporting, and planned inspectionsStrong ability to build effective internal and external working relationships at all levelsComputer literacy, with well-developed written and verbal communication skillsAbout the company: Nu-Pure Beverages, Australia's largest privately owned beverage manufacturing company, is about more than just making great products.
