Great Permanent Opportunity with Ongoing Growth & Development Located just South of the CBD with Access to Parking & Public Transport Salary Circa $90K + Superannuation Our client is a private company in the medical industry that is looking for an Office Manager, based at their Greenslopes location to oversee the day to day function of the office as well as the admin and accounts teams.
This role will also have touch points with their two other sites and will involve some infrequent travel (within South-East Queensland).
Great opporutnities to learn and grow and gain exposure to both the Accounts and HR function of the business.
The Role Assist the Practice Manager with the day to day running of the clinic Assist in training and development of new and existing staff Ensure health care delivery takes place for all patients visiting the clinic Refine and develop strategic plans and policies for the clinic in conjunction with the Practice Manager Prepare reports and assist with stock management for the clinic Keep on top of email communication and ensure patient records are kept up to date Potential to learn Accounts and HR as you progress Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in an administration/office management role within the medical or dental industries Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills An ability to empathise with clients and negotiate a mutually beneficial outcome Proficient at using technology and multitasking between different systems while actively listening An enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude Reliable and punctual Ability to work autonomously How to Apply Please click 'Apply' or contact Rutherford Kennedy at ****** for a confidential discussion.
