If so, join us at EACH as a Children's Mental Health Clinician in our Youth Enhanced Services (YES) programAs a Children's Mental Health Clinician within the YES program, you will:Provide comprehensive case management, psychological therapy, and group work to children and their families, focusing on emotional regulation, impulse control, and interpersonal skillsDeliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health support across individual, group, and family contextsConduct holistic assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage transitions in careParticipate in case reviews, care planning, and integrated treatment delivery, working collaboratively with other care agencies, educators, and interagency networksDevelop and deliver culturally appropriate services, fostering strong relationships with health and welfare agencies and the wider communityEngage in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance service provision and outcomes for children and young peopleAbout the programEACH is the Lead Agency of the Therapeutic Alliance (TA), a consortium of community-based, not-for-profit organizations who provide mental health services across the North Coast of NSW through a multidisciplinary, person-centered, hub-and-spoke model of care.What's in it for you?At EACH you'll be supported to be your best.
