Lumus Imaging is a comprehensive radiology practice located in Sydney's South West for over 35 years.
Our Bankstown practice is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art imaging technology including a GE 1.5T and 128 GE slice CT machine operated by a team of highly qualified and patient-focused professionals.
We are currently looking for a fully accredited & experienced CT/MRI Radiographer to join this highly professional team on a full or part-time basis, including trading hours between 7:00am – 5pm with Saturday shifts optional.
At this level, you will be responsible for your own imaging quality, protocoling, and productivity levels.
Responsibilities:Performing MRI scans using GE 1.5T and/or 128 slice CTProviding a high standard of care and service to our patients and radiologists by displaying accurate, friendly, responsive, courteous and effective communicationPerforming high-quality diagnostic imaging examinations in compliance with protocols within nominated timeframesEnsuring Workplace Health and Safety practices are understood and observed at all times in the workplaceRequirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in CT or MRI is preferableCannulation capabilities are essentialExperience with GE CT/MRI equipment is preferredAbility to work between the shift hours 7am-5pmThe ability to work autonomously and unsupervisedSuperior communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated understanding of WH&S practicesUniversity or equivalent qualifications in Medical Imaging TechnologyCurrent Australian Institute of Radiography Statement of Accreditation or other qualification recognised within AustraliaAHPRA RegistrationAbout us: Lumus Imaging is part of Healius Limited, one of Australia's leading healthcare companies, synonymous with quality, affordable and accessible healthcare for all Australians.
