You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.
In this role, you will: Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practiceBuild and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvementWork with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating businessAbout Goodstart: Angle Park is licensed for 90 children per day from 6 weeks to 6 years.Goodstart Early Learning Angle Park is a proudly multicultural centre located opposite The Parks Recreation and Sports Centre.Part of the Enhancing Children's Outcomes (EChO) program, offering our children and families services through speech pathologists, child and family practitioners, occupational therapists and helping to meet the broader needs of children and families in our community.We pride ourselves on ensuring our family's customs and cultures are embraced and nurtured through our Calendar of Events, menu, programming and using key words in our everyday routines.We are able to offer Bi-Cultural Support and a translator service if required.Our highly experienced team of Educators also speak a variety of different languages.What Goodstart can offer you: At least 12% above the award rateUp to 50% discount off your childcare gap fees and up to 6 weeks paid parental leaveTax benefits through salary packagingTwo wellbeing days included in your personal leave per yearFree annual flu shot (optional)Option to purchase extra leave for even greater work-life balanceFirst Nations Support and Cultural LeaveRetail discounts on insurance, travel and technologyUniform allowance and employee referral programYou'll need: A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community servicesExperience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantageProven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance managementHow to apply: Click 'Apply Now' and submit your application.
