We are excited to announce an opportunity to join Brisbane's largest aesthetic Medi spa, led by Dr. Ingrid Tall, as a Medical Receptionist & Medi Spa Manager.This role is ideal for a dynamic and organized individual who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art clinic and ensure seamless service delivery.Reporting to the Operation accountant and General manager you will coordinate the following:Key Responsibilities:Clinic & Medi spa Management: Oversee the daily operations of our clinic, Medi spa, and wellness centre.Customer Service Excellence: Ensure an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint, proactively addressing client needs, and maintaining high satisfaction and retention rates.Operational Oversight: Manage clinic schedules, rosters, and ensure the team meets performance targets.Team Leadership: Lead, train, and support staff to maintain full appointment books and achieve operational excellence.Stock Coordination: Manage and maintain inventory, ensuring timely and efficient stock ordering.Staff Coordination: Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained for smooth daily operations.Administration & Coordination: Oversee general administrative tasks, staff scheduling, client bookings, and inquiries.What We're Looking For:Full-Time Commitment: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, with some late nights as required by Dr. Tall.
