We are seeking an experienced and proactive compliance leader to take on the newly created role of Compliance Manager.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing organisation, where you'll take ownership of the compliance function for a critical business unit, fostering strong relationships with regulators and embedding a culture of compliance excellence.
What's on Offer A high-profile role with significant influence over compliance outcomes.A competitive remuneration package up to $203,000 (inclusive of super) plus a 10% bonus.A hybrid work model offering flexibility, with three in-office days per week.The opportunity to shape compliance in a key business unit within a forward-thinking organisation.Key Responsibilities Compliance Leadership: Act as the primary compliance advisor for the transmission business, providing strategic direction and ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations.Regulatory Engagement: Manage relationships with regulators, oversee reporting, and ensure timely breach notifications.Operational Integration: Work with leadership and operational teams to implement and monitor compliance obligations through robust systems, processes, and training.Change Monitoring: Lead regulatory change initiatives, ensuring timely communication and business readiness.Culture Building: Promote and embed a strong culture of compliance and accountability across the business.About You Experience: 5+ years in a compliance leadership role, ideally with exposure to highly regulated industries, with a preference of energy.Leadership: Proven ability to lead, influence, and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.Attention to Detail: A curious mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.Energy Enthusiast: Passion for the energy sector and its critical role in a sustainable future is highly regarded.Ready to Lead Compliance Excellence?Take the next step in your career and make a meaningful impact in a transformative industry.
