The Front Office/Tailored Learning Admin officer is accountable to the Business Manager and Tailored Learning Leader for assisting in the effective administration by undertaking reception, keyboard, tailored learning administration and other clerical and administrative tasks which contributes to the effective operation of the schools and the achievement of educational outcomes of students.
Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the school community in a friendly and professional manner, and effective interpersonal skills that enable positive working relationships with colleagues and adolescents.
Successful experience in managing a busy office environment with a diverse range of duties and working effectively with a diverse range of people.
Experience in managing and recording information related to school and student matters on various digital platforms such as Daymap.
