THE ROLE We are now seeking Undergraduate and Graduate Engineers (Civil or Electrical) to join our team on a landmark renewable energy project - Boulder Creek Wind Farm located near Rockhampton, Queensland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your construction career within the renewable energy sector and make a real impact.
You will ideally be located locally or willing to relocate close to the project site in Rockhampton QLD.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the project.
This hands-on role will provide you with opportunities to develop your technical skills, gain valuable on-site experience, and learn from industry experts.
RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting with project planning, design, and execution.Supporting site-based activities, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are upheld.Collaborating with senior engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to meet project milestones.Analysing technical data and assisting in problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.Contributing to reporting, documentation, and project controls.ABOUT YOU Be in final year of your degree or have graduated within 24 months from your graduation date at the time of application.Be studying or completed studies in Civil or Electrical Engineering.Ability to work in collaboration with multi-faceted stakeholders to ensure messages are clear, relevant, and timely.Problem-solving ability for best project outcomes and understanding scope & design requirements.Ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders / team members.Ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload.WHAT WE OFFER Remuneration - Competitive salary + company benefits including: Paid Parental Leave, External Study Financial Assistance, Salary Sacrifice Superannuation, Novated Leasing, Employee Assistance Program & Corporate Discounts.Job Security - This is a permanent, full-time position.Travel - You will have the opportunity to travel across Queensland and/or Australia to visit various project sites.The Culture - We recognise the value of each person's input and celebrate the diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and culture.
