If you are passionate about the construction and home building industry, have excellent sales skills and a strong desire to help people find their dream homes, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Hunter, New South Wales.
THE ROLE As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop, manage, and oversee all aspects of the sales process, aiming to achieve and exceed budget, profitability, and long-term business objectives.
This role is pivotal in driving the success of our sales team and contributing to the growth of the business.
Your day-to-day tasks would involve but are not limited to: Lead, manage, and coach the sales team towards the achievement of team and corporate goals within a service-focused environment.Establish quotas and goals, ensuring that sales projections are met through monthly monitoring of individual targets and completion of monthly sales reports.Build relationships with regional land agents and developers, handling all sales-related queries, escalations, and concerns from clients.Conduct regular site safety checks, inspections, and monitoring, implementing safe work practices.Conduct market research, competitor, and client surveys, building relationships with regional land agents and developers.Oversee CRM functionality and utilization by the team.To be successful in this role, you'll need: 5-7 years' experience in a sales management role in a related market (e.g., new home sales, land sales, development real estate).Excellent knowledge of the new homes' sales customer journey and demonstrated success in sales development.Strong understanding of sales & marketing principles, knowledge of the Residential Housing Industry and Sales.Perks of working with CPG Competitive remuneration with annual reviews.Career advancement opportunities to help you reach your professional goals.Learning and development opportunities – online learning platform and site training.Paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers.Rewards Days for outstanding performers – an opportunity to experience something new as part of our Reward and Recognition scheme.Discount on building a home.Access to novate leases.Generous employment referral bonuses scheme.Discount from our suppliers – household appliances, materials, and stunning furniture at cheaper prices.Access to our Employee Assistance Program.CPG values an innovative, diverse workplace where all colleagues feel empowered to be their authentic selves.
