Ginger Sport & Quest Football Academy are looking for kids' football/soccer coaches.We inspire kids to a lifelong love of sportWe're looking for amazing people who love working with childrenYou'll get paid to work outside, exercise, and entertain young children.You'll also receive the opportunity to progress coaching experience and knowledge with our other brand, Quest Football Academy.We offer the opportunity to progress to being a Head Coach, Coach Success Coordinator, or even a Coach Legend.
All roles carry greater status, responsibility, and remuneration.Our Coach of the Month program runs each month, and rewards and recognises those coaches who go above and beyond to leave a lasting impression.We're not looking for people who need a job.

Location: Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Redlands & surrounding suburbs

Requirements
You will need a Queensland Driver's License & access to your own vehicle at all times.You will need a telephone with a reliable internet connection.You must have a Blue Card (for working with children and young people in Queensland).
If you don't already have one, you will need to apply for a Blue Card before you can do your practical application session should you move successfully to that stage.Previous experience working with children will be well regarded, and your ability to engage children is essential.Roles
Depending on the number of full shifts you can commit to ongoing every week, will determine the number of hours we can offer you.
E.g.
if you can commit to 5 shifts per week, we can potentially offer you 15 hours per week, part-time permanent.
If you can commit to 10 shifts, we can potentially offer you 30 hours per week, part-time permanent.A shift is considered as being available either in the morning, from 7:00 am to 12:30 pm, or in the afternoon, from 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm.Rate dependant on previous experience working with children.Superannuation, allowances, and entitlements all in addition to the base rate of pay.Requirement to attend quarterly team training sessions and monthly workshops to further develop strategies for working with children.Casual roles are available as well for those who can not commit to ongoing availability.Casual roles available in select areas.
