Payroll reportsRoster Management and payroll approvalManage Team ( Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective mannerProactive approach in loss prevention management i.e.
stock shrinkageWork with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the storeDemonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for workEnsure that all tasks completed by Team Members are done in a safe manner in accordance to Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all Team MembersTo be successful you will have the following:The successful candidate will have strong fashion retail experience, be immaculately presented, and live and breathe the Nude Lucy brand ethosAbility to work full time Sunday to Thursday rosterLeader, motivator and overall inspiring individualHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations #J-18808-Ljbffr
