Hume Motor Vehicle Inspection (MVIS) ManagerFull-time PermanentDetails: The Vehicle Safety and Standards (VSS) team is responsible for vehicle inspections and vehicle safety compliance held at the Hume Motor Vehicle Inspection Station (MVIS) which includes light vehicle, heavy vehicle, public vehicle, and modified vehicle inspections and vehicle identity checks.This position involves the management of the Motor Vehicle Inspection Station team including managing the day to day operations, rostering and supervision of staff, providing technical support and guidance to vehicle inspectors and Vehicle Identity unit officersWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people with diverse thoughts, lived experience, and perspectives can thrive and contribute their unique talents to the ACTPS and ACT community.
