Grow your knowledge, skills, and experience in a successful fast-paced and growing practice.The BusinessWith offices nationally and a dynamic vision for future advice delivery, the Canberra practice provides financial planning and wealth management services with a focus on guiding Clients towards achieving their ideal financial and lifestyle goals.The business specializes in providing advice to professionals, executives, and business owners through wealth creation and retirement strategies.The Position - Client Service ManagerThe primary objective of the role is to provide exceptional service and support to the Financial Planners with client relationships, enquiries, client account management, client reviews, and advice implementation.
You will also act as a liaison between the clients and the firm ensuring that the clients receive the assistance they need, and their expectations are met.Key Responsibilities:Address and handle client enquiries and concerns effectivelyImplementation of SOA's / ROA's and client strategiesPrepare and handle application forms and comprehensive financial plansMaintain and update client information in the Xplan databaseManage the administration and processing of client documentsOversee and schedule client appointments efficientlyThe BenefitsLearn from highly skilled and experienced advisers that offer wide opportunities for learning from their expertise.
