ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for casual, well-organised Food Service Assistants to join the kitchen team at our Scape Eatery Sydney CBD location. The Food Service Assistant is a Front of House role, responsible for delivering full-service catering and ensuring our residents have an exceptional, world-class food and dining experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Outstanding customer serviceCoordinating with kitchen staff for efficient food deliveryMaintaining cleanliness and organisation in service areasAssisting customers with menu details and dietary needsEnsuring food hygiene and presentation standardsCompleting smooth shift handoversSharing customer feedback with managementTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE Are you a high-performing Front of House assistant who enjoys building strong relationships and has previous experience in food and beverage roles in a bar or restaurant setting?
