HiQ, formerly Hi-Quality Group, a privately Australian owned family company, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, motivated and disciplined Fleet Maintenance Supervisor who possesses the necessary skills and ability to improve the performance and profitability of our business.
Our company specialises in resource recycling, landfills, waste treatment, quarry operations, and transport and logistics, with operations across NSW, ACT, Victoria and Queensland.
The company has been established for over 60 years.
HiQ Transport is seeking to employ a professional A-Double tipper driver to do regional and interstate work.
Experience with multi-combination or road train tippers is essential. Major activities of the role include: Ability to operate and look after a new K200 Kenworth A-Double combinationCompleting prestart and other operational checklists and administrative paperworkComplying with fatigue management and road rules and regulationsComplying with mass management as per NHVR guidelinesDelivering loads to customers both internal and external in a professional and timely mannerComplying with company policies and proceduresCarrying and understanding all statutory and regulatory permitsAdhering to statutory and regulatory permit operating conditionsAbility to detach the combination and reattach is essential.Requirements of the role: Current MC Driver's LicensePass Company Drivers Competency TestConstruction Industry White CardAble to operate A-Double Tipper CombinationBasic Fatigue ManagementKnowledge of Civil Construction environmentsGood written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and complianceAble to operate Samsung tablet.Highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.Able to spend time staying in truck overnight on regional and interstate jobs.Undertake pre-employment medical including Fitness to Drive and Drug and Alcohol.How to apply: If you feel your skills and experience are suitable, please apply now in strict confidence by submitting your CV together with a cover letter and referee details.
