Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWorking from our client's site, full time (38 hours) Monday to Friday in a school environment.We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Support Engineer who has experience working for an IT Systems Integrator or Managed Service Provider.This role is responsible for providing technical solutions for our clients, including problem resolution, product installation, configuration, testing, and product/service recommendations.Providing customized and dedicated support to our client, this role calls for solid technical knowledge and great customer service skills.Key responsibilities of the role include:Implementation of Windows Servers, Azure, Office 365, Exchange, Networks, and Virtual environmentsAssisting in planning and managing roll-outsProviding on-site and remote support to customersManaging tickets, job priorities, and processing incoming calls, ensuring SLA's are metReporting on trends in the market and within the customer base, staff progress, and new initiativesWho we are looking forThis is a customer-facing role requiring excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as being highly technical.
The role requires a large amount of autonomy, so a candidate who has good time management and organizational skills will be heavily favored.
