Our team of skilled Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists collaborate across private and NDIS-funded clients to deliver goal-oriented therapy with a focus on real-life outcomes.

What We're Looking For: Full-time (or 4 days PT) Speech Pathologist with 3+ years of experience. Experience or interest in supervising other clinicians. Clinicians who are passionate about working with a predominantly paediatric community caseload. A full driving license and access to a car is required. Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia. What We Offer Our Team Members: A three-week induction with no client load, followed by gradual caseload building. Weekly 1-on-1 clinical supervision and career mentoring, regardless of experience. Supervisor training program including clinical support, logistical set up, interpersonal skills and coaching training (to name just a few
). An assigned support buddy with regular check-ins for ongoing support. Fortnightly multi-disciplinary professional development sessions. Weekly discipline-specific meetings with dedicated PD time, in addition to an individual PD budget. Opportunities to develop skills across a varied caseload of paediatric clients.
