Join the team at our busy service station at NRMA Blue Dolphin Holiday Resort in Yamba.
This is a casual role, offering approximately 3-4 shifts per week (18-24 hours).
This role involves monitoring site operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of the shop.
What you will do: Monitor fuel dispensers, pumps, and underground storage tanksRespond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as neededProcess payments and handle cash transactions accurately using POSMaintain cleanliness and organization of the service station shopAssist with stock management and inventory controlAdhere to safety regulations and emergency proceduresWhat you will bring: Previous experience in a customer service roleStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skillsPhysical fitness to meet the demands of the roleFlexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidaysWhat's in it for you?
