Job PurposeThe position entails:
Business Development and Client Engagement: Identify and win new work, with KPIs for creating opportunities and converting them into projects.Maintain strong market connectivity with a client-centric approach.Develop key strategic clients and secure repeat business.Promote and sell Meinhardt's capabilities in the market sector.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Director for selected projects, you will ensure successful delivery and client engagement.
You will focus on commercial considerations and high-level project oversight, mentor, coach, and develop staff, fostering a culture of professional growth.
You will also oversee day-to-day management, including financial processes and P&L responsibilities, and identify areas for operational improvement and drive innovation.
RequirementsAdvanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related Engineering or Science discipline is required, as well as substantial industry experience within the sector.
Membership (or eligibility to be Member) of a relevant national or international accreditation body and Registration (or eligibility to be registered) in relevant state's professional engineer register for the building/construction industry are also required.
