We're a fresh, fast-growing electrical contracting company servicing the Gold Coast to Brisbane area, and we're looking for an Electrical Operations Manager to help us take our business to the next level.As a relatively new company (just three years old), we've experienced strong growth and are looking for someone to help lead our operations, manage projects, and contribute to our continued success. Most of our work is in new residential electrical installations, but we're aiming high with plans to expand into more diverse projects. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to step into a leadership role, help shape the direction of the company, and grow with us.We're seeking a results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen to help drive profitability. Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of tradespeople and apprentices, ensuring that work is organized and completed to the highest standards.Commercial & Business Acumen: Leverage your understanding of business strategy to identify opportunities for growth, improve profitability, and drive operational efficiency across all areas of the company.Project Management: Manage major projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.Health & Safety: Champion safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, reporting, and planning for all projects, ensuring we stay on track financially.Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with senior stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on business goals, timelines, and resources.This is a hands-on role for someone who is as passionate about leadership as they are about delivering exceptional service and results.
