Gastroenterologist Staff Specialist

The PositionOur client has a great opportunity for a Gastroenterologist to join the team on a Full Time basis.
You must either hold registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Gastroenterologist or be a General Physician with substantial experience and interest in Gastroenterology.
The LocationLocated on a pristine coastline, this city has well-developed infrastructure with a vibrant shopping district that spills onto the beach for seafood and coffee.
The local countryside is renowned for its produce, including award-winning cheese at the factory outlet and whisky at the cellar door.
There are restaurants to linger in and well-stocked delis to tempt you with gourmet treats.
The FacilityThis is a 160-bed facility and is the principal referral centre for the North West Tasmanian community.
The ICU is an 8-bed Level 2 ICU, and the general case mix of patients may include trauma patients, sepsis and multi-system failure, post-operative complications, unstable angina/AMI, cardiac failure/arrhythmias, and respiratory failure.
The RequirementsTo apply you must either be:
Registered with AHPRA and have at least 12 months recent experience in Gastroenterology.On RACP training program.Hold the FRACP.IMG's eligible for Competent Authority Pathway - UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, NZ.IMG's with RACP interview date.IMG's assessed by RACP and found to be substantially comparable.For more information please Apply Now or call Thom on .
