About the role
As the Platform Delivery Manager - Digital Platform, you will orchestrate the collective delivery activity within the Digital Platform and take responsibility for managing work, pipeline planning, and delivery across Squads. This role performs all the change-related responsibilities for the Digital Platform.
The Platform Delivery Manager will work closely with the Platform Lead to plan for and deliver outcomes and manage the backlog at Platform level. They work with Platform Product Owners to prioritise and refine backlogs into meaningful objectives to drive high performance and co-ordinate interdependencies between Squads.
What you'll do Co-ordinate delivery across squads in a platform and ensure outcomes are deliveredMaintain roadmap and quarterly planning and support work breakdown and delivery planningEnsure operational needs are understood and prioritised appropriatelyEstablish metric/performance reporting and track performanceProactively engage operations teams to resolve incidents, problems, or poor performanceBeing available on an on-call basis based on a roster and/or supporting critical incidents after hoursWhat you'll bring 5+ years in Technology in a comparable leadership role5+ years project management experience across a diverse range of technical domainsExcellent knowledge of IT service principles including ITIL, process tools (ServiceNow) and frameworksGood knowledge of Partner and Service Level Management processesPrevious experience in leading teams in a distributed modelWhat we can offer you Variety of flexible work arrangements and leave optionsIndustry leading 20 weeks paid parental leave and 4 weeks secondary carers leaveGenerous discounts on insurance productsExclusive offers on more than 400 retailers including Myer, David Jones, Coles and WoolworthsInvest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programsAbout Suncorp Group
