Are you looking for stability in your career?Dynamic Diesel has been operating for over 20 years partnering with over 150 mine sites across Australia.Due to our success with a national contract we are seeking to employ a dynamic individual as a Recruitment/Mobilisation Officer to support our Project Manager.What will you do?Working closely with our Project Manager you will be responsible for the following functions:Reviewing and shortlisting new applications using our recruitment software, ensuring top quality individuals are sourced.Calling database for potential applicants as requested by the Project Managers.Monitor application inboxes for new applications from the Website or Facebook.Conduct screening interviews with candidates, ensuring relevant experience is collected.Maintain close relationships with Project Managers in relation to key roles, priorities and deadlines.Conduct reference checks, booking medicals and all other mobilisation requirements.What do you need?If you thrive on operating in an exciting, fast-paced environment and can provide the following knowledge and skills, we want you as part of our dynamic team:Experience within the mining sector in either a recruitment or mobilisation role.Individuals who are confident and can talk to a diverse cohort of people.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Professionally presented, with high verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritise tasks based on urgency and Project Manager's expectations.Ability to work well under pressure and think outside the square.Someone who can provide excellent service delivery to our candidates and employees.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and JobAdder (advantageous).Passionate desire to succeed with a winning mentality.Strong safety awareness and commitment.What can we give you?A great supportive team, working for a local family business with family values.
