About the RoleThe Data and Information Technology team within DCITHS have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director to join the team.In this role of Associate Director IT Strategy & Governance, you will deliver the ICT strategy and governance function and work to lift the portfolio of digital strategy and ensure robust program mechanisms throughout the Department.The program of work being delivered by the team will include drafting, reviewing, and coordinating of technology plans for each division, managing and governing the implementation of this. This role will be the point of coordination for cross-government and portfolio collaboration in the ICT space, leading the delivery of this ensuring strong governance reporting to the executive leadership cohort.The IT Strategy and Governance team will manage the department's digital and technology strategy, engaging with key stakeholders across the Department to develop fit-for-purpose technology roadmaps that align with enterprise architecture and whole of government objectives. The team will also be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the department's PMO and internal digital governance practices including policy, process, and relevant administration.
