Offshore Site Administrators Our Energy division is currently seeking two Offshore Site Administrators to join our team.

Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative services directly to project/site teams.
Organise information into forms, registers, reports or databases.
Prepare information for dissemination to others; maintain and update records.
Work cooperatively with others to accomplish project/site goals.
Adapt to change; manage stress; and persist toward goals despite obstacles.
Flexibility as well as the capacity to communicate confidently at all levels.
Take the initiative to set and achieve challenging work goals for oneself and the site administration team.
Focus own time and energy in order to maintain high work standards.
What you'll bring: Minimum 2-3 years previous administrative experience within the resource sector.
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Positive and energetic approach to work.
Offshore experience highly regarded.
