The Role
As the Senior Business Analyst within the Digital and Cloud team, you will work and deliver on new and transformative digital applications providing our users with an enhanced experience.
Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, you will be highly visible across the business and critical to the success of the future projects roadmap.

The Senior Business Analyst will apply the latest techniques within the context of our customers and business, to improve customer experience and drive returns.
Responsibilities
Work closely with product owners to elicit, analyse and define requirements Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies Write user stories, epics, and functional specifications Work closely with developers to ensure that business requirements are understood, and that all the relevant details are included in the user story Ensure that appropriate documentation is created and updated at all stages of the project Assist in the preparation of business cases and project evaluation activities Process mapping (current and future state) and identifying opportunities for process improvements Support the design, development, and delivery of the change management plan Lead business requirements gathering and process design workshops Your Experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications, combined with a software development background, including technical knowledge and understanding is critical.
Agile or traditional certifications, along with commercial acumen, business analysis principles, methodologies, and tools is essential.
To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Your stakeholder management skills are critical to your success.
Your collaborative style is a natural strength, as is your business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
You will possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail to be successful in meeting the business demands at G'day Group.
