Assistant Facilities Caretaker

Working closely with the Facilities Caretaker, this position is based at Stockland Halcyon Greens, located in Pimpama.
A full time, permanent opportunity, Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm.
Be a part of the facilities team, who help to promote a positive environment throughout Stockland Halcyon's communities, through the on-going maintenance of the grounds, gardens and general facilities needs and engagement with the homeowners.
About the role Responsible for maintenance of the grounds, gardens including weed spraying, pool, and other common areas Maintenance of facilities and equipment Cleaning of recreation and common areas Ensuring the environment is safe for both staff and homeowners Oversee on-site security Other ad hoc, general tasks as required About you Experienced in landscaping and/or garden maintenance and support, or may have recently completed a Horticulture/Landscaping (or similar) studies but not essential Demonstrated experience in general maintenance Preferably experience within a community/lifestyle environment such as retirement living, caravan parks, resort facilities, schools, motels/hotels Current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle for commuting to/from work The Stockland Proposition Stockland Halcyon is Australia's most awarded creator of lifestyle living communities across Southeast Queensland, Victoria, NSW and WA.
