Our client is a leader in their industry known for their reliable, safe and professional service globally to sectors including health, education, retail, industrial, logistics and warehouse.
Due to internal movement, we're on the hunt for a highly organised Operations Team Leader/Scheduler to join their team.
As the Operations Team Leader/Scheduler, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely control and consistency of service delivery across the branch by organising the day-to-day job allocations for Technicians.

The role:Ensuring that effective and efficient run schedules are produced for Technicians (x 10)Minimising customer defections or losses through the provision of high-quality service scheduling.Guiding Technicians on priorities when necessary.Maintaining a safe and harmonious working environment.Monitoring and striving to achieve any objectives and targets for your area of responsibility.Ensuring any company-owned property and equipment you are responsible for is accounted for and maintained in an operationally ready and safe manner.Compliance and commitment to Environment and OHS Management Systems in your area of responsibility.
