Costa, Australia's leading grower and marketer of premium quality fresh fruit and vegetables, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Avocado Farm Manager to join our team in Riverland, South Australia.
Following our successful high-density substrate avocado trials, we are expanding our operations and need a passionate professional to drive our innovative avocado farming techniques to new heights.What We Offer:A permanent, full-time position with a competitive base salary, company vehicle + superannuation in Regional South Australia.

Your primary goal will be to produce the highest possible yield and quality of fruit.
This hands-on role involves overseeing farm operations and continuous improvement of agronomic practices.
This is a senior management role overseeing large-scale, modern properties within a corporate environment.What you'll bring to the role:Five plus years in managing avocado farms or other permanent tree crops.
Experience in agronomy and substrate/hydroponic horticulture is preferred.Degree or Diploma in Agriculture/Horticulture or related discipline.Excellent problem-solving, time management, leadership, and communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.Ready to shape the future of avocado farming with us?
