Logistics And Warehousing Co-Ordinator

As part of AsureQuality Ltd, we are a trusted New Zealand-based company known for delivering expert services and value.Key Responsibilities:Co-ordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.Oversee the goods receipt process, including liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.Coordinate the pick, pack, and dispatch of all orders, ensuring correct documentation and compliance with import/export regulations.Maintain inventory accuracy through monthly cycle counts and stock takes and manage expiring stock.Handle logistics for hazardous and dangerous goods, ensuring correct packaging and documentation.Collaborate with 3rd Party Logistics providers to manage inventory and product deliveries.Maintain SAP data integrity for logistics operations and complete month-end close processes.Continuously improve logistics and warehousing processes to enhance efficiency.Key Requirements:Tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or significant relevant industry experience.At least 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management within manufacturing or research laboratories.Experience in inventory management, including working with 3rd Party Logistics service providers.Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound material flow, transport logistics, and import/export processes.Experience in handling hazardous and dangerous goods.Proficient in SAP and advanced Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Forklift License and Dangerous Goods Certification are advantageous.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills with a customer-centric approach.QualificationsWarehousing, Logistics and Inventory knowledge with exposure to Import and Export Documentation.
