About the Position
We are seeking an Out of School Hours Care Coordinator (OSHC) to manage and lead the day-to-day administration and operations of the OSHC facility.
The Coordinator will work alongside leadership to develop an effective and quality, Christian-based program, within the framework of the Education and Care Services Regulations, the National Quality Standard, and College policies and procedures.

This is a full-time contract position, immediate start.

The successful applicant must demonstrate:
Commitment to the College's vision, mission, and values Dedication to working in an environment with other Christian colleagues who are committed to sharing the love of Jesus Diploma of Child Care & Education Ideally 3-5 years or equivalent operational and leadership experience in an OSHC or early years setting Demonstrated ability to bring collaborative leadership to the role, form relationships, and communicate effectively with children, families, team members, and the College First Aid Certificate Positive Notice Blue Card (or ability to obtain) Right to work in Australia How to Apply
