Your Supports & Getaways Administration OfficerYour Supports & Getaways Administration Officer – Permanent Part Time Do you have great attention to detail? About Us The Bridge Incorporated is a progressive and innovative values-based organisation that provides a variety of support services to individuals with a disability as well as young people from disadvantaged backgrounds from various locations in the South-east region of Melbourne.
The Role Using your strong administration and organisational skills, and experience in the Disability and Community Services sector, you will join an experienced team supporting our Your Supports & Getaways team who work out of Head Office in Dandenong.
Your Supports provide 1:1 individual supports in the community and at home, and Getaways provide group recreation and respite supports to our participants.
Both services operate across the South Eastern suburbs and are experiencing an exciting period of growth.
The role will be for 30.4 hours/4 days per week, and operate from 9am - 5pm.

Minimum Requirements: Demonstrated 2+ years' experience working in an administrative role within a similar environment.Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service skills.Outstanding planning and organisational skills, including the ability to manage a range of tasks with conflicting priorities.High competence with the Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).Highly developed administrative skills with the ability to improve office processes.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with close attention to detail and accuracy.A high level of interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to participate positively in a diverse team.Experience in disability, aged care, community or not-for-profit setting.Knowledge of the NDISPlease note The Bridge is committed to building a workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion.
Appointment to the position is subject to obtaining and maintaining a satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check and two satisfactory reference checks.
This role is only available to those who hold the right to work in Australia.
