The opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant/Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive accounting services and strategic advice.
You'll play a crucial part in ensuring our clients meet all compliance and taxation requirements, while also helping them achieve their business goals through tailored strategies.
The Role Lead and manage a portfolio of individual and business clients, providing advice on accounting, tax, and compliance matters Coordinate, complete and review annual compliance obligations and tax lodgements Develop and implement tailored accounting solutions to address modern business challenges, recognizing opportunities for enhancing client growth and wealth Provide proactive advice on tax planning, financial forecasting, and business performance Collaborate with our internal team of Accountants, Financial Planners, Bookkeepers and Mortgage specialists to continually improve our service offerings and deliver exceptional client experiences Mentor and assist in the management and training of the junior team Ideal Applicant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance (CPA or CA qualification or on the path to complete) Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance requirements Proficiency in accounting software Xero and MS Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently What We Offer Competitive salary package commensurate with experience Opportunities for career development and professional growth A supportive and collaborative work environment Mentoring programs designed to the individual Onsite parking Social club & staff celebrations Recruitment and incentive bonuses Relocation support If you're ready to join a team that values innovation, detail, and client success, please apply now via seek.
