Construction Security Manager

Role: Lendlease Victoria are currently looking for a Construction Security Manager to manage the physical, personnel, and information security requirements of an upcoming large-scale, long-term construction project in Melbourne.
In this permanent role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing project security protocols in accordance with our client's security requirements, and the construction security plan, managing security governance, policies and procedures, facilitating training for project staff, and subcontractors, and undertake regular auditing for the project.
To be successful you will need: To be an Australian Citizen at the time of application.Hold a Government Security Clearance or the ability to gain and maintain one.Demonstrated experience in managing security requirements on a defence and/or construction site.Demonstrated understanding of Government Security requirements.Ability to facilitate client security meetings and resolve issues.Report on matters relating to Security compliance.Be part of a dynamic team contributing to all facets of construction as required.
