About the opportunity
The Project Delivery Specialist reports to the Project Delivery Manager and is part of the Project Delivery team.
In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to manage each customer through the pre-construction phase from deposit to Authority to Commence Construction, delivering an exceptional customer experience while also adhering to timeframes.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Manage a portfolio of customers from Tender Accept to Commencement of Construction.
Set clear expectations with customers to ensure they have a solid understanding of the pre-construction process and timelines.
Establish a strong rapport with customers by contacting them at least every 2 weeks via phone call to provide a progress update on their build.
Provide proactive solutions for the customer to allow the file to continue to progress through the pre-construction process.
Work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Ensure customer concerns are addressed with urgency and adopt dispute resolution techniques where required.
Identify win/win outcomes for the customer and the business.
Overall provide the customer with a positive build journey.
About you
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of the NEX Group along with:

Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative role.
The ability to work under pressure successfully managing multiple clients and prioritising workloads.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ideally some knowledge of the residential construction industry including building your own home or a passion for building design.
