Amazon Night Shift Supervisor

You will work in alignment with site HR, Operations, Learning and Safety teams to promote engagement, implement overall coordination of workers and ensure correct processing of payroll.
Main accountabilities
? Temporary workforce management and on site support representative? Performance Management ? Rostering, Administration and reporting Your background/Experience Experience in relevant industry, onsite experience, recruitment or HR background and the right competencies. Shift Requirements: Must be available at least 1 weekend day/night per week in line with roster- Wed- Sat shifts available, 530pm-6amDay shifts available across a 40 hour work week on a structured scheduled roster.
